Service Policy

To safeguard the rights and safety of the public and our members, the YMCA consistently complies with service policies and user safety standards. These policies are available on our website for public review.
The Service Performance Monitoring System is established jointly by the Social Welfare Department and the social welfare sector for assessing the service performance of subvented units through the relevant requirements stipulated in the Funding and Service Agreement, including Essential Service Requirements, Output and Outcome Standards, as well as 16 Service Quality Standards.
To ensure that all staff, members, and participants in activities, and provide or receive services in an environment free from sexual harassment. In the event of sexual harassment, anyone has the right to lodge a complaint, which will be handled by the association in accordance with the procedures and steps outlined in this policy.
We are committed to maintaining a robust membership system that clearly outlines members' rights and responsibilities. Our policies cover membership registration, withdrawal, termination, as well as the distribution and use of membership cards.
