The YMCA movement itself is a volunteer movement, so the Association always actively encourages the public to care and serve the needy in the community through participation in volunteer activities. Besides young people, the Association has also recruited volunteers of different age groups, social classes and sectors. It is to form volunteer-based collective strength and create a cross-age and cross-sectorial volunteer community. Volunteers can develop their full potential, bolster their self-confidence and widen their horizons through participating in volunteer services.
