Established in 1901, Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong is a major International Non-Government Charitable Organization in Hong Kong providing a spectrum of services for the betterment of the Hong Kong people in particular the poor and needy with a special focus to assist and empower the youth in Hong Kong to develop a holistic character with a passion to serve and contribute to the community in the spirit of the teachings of Jesus Christ and the Holy Bible: “To serve, not to be served”. 高級行政主任(行政管理) Senior Executive Officer (Office Administration)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily administrative operations to ensure efficient and effective support across the college;
- Develop, review, and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to enhance governance and operational efficiency;
- Lead general office administration functions, including counter services, procurement, asset and inventory control, and records management;
- Provide executive support to senior management and handle confidential matters and ad hoc assignments;
- Supervise and mentor administrative staff, including task allocation, performance management, and staff development;
- Manage college facilities, space planning, maintenance, and renovation projects to ensure a safe and functional environment;
- Provide secretariat support to committees and management, including preparation of papers, reports, minutes, and follow-up actions;
- Liaise with internal departments, external partners, service providers, and government authorities on administrative and operational matters;
- Support college on compliance with relevant Hong Kong education and regulatory requirements; and
- Organise institutional events, official functions, and meetings, ensuring smooth coordination and execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in tertiary education, NGOs, or public sector organisations;
- Proven supervisory experience with strong leadership and people management skills;
- Solid knowledge of administrative operations, procurement processes, and facilities management;
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder communication skills; familiarity with Hong Kong quality assurance and regulatory requirements is an advantage;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with management systems is an advantage; and
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
