Established in 1901, Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong is a major International Non-Government Charitable Organization in Hong Kong providing a spectrum of services for the betterment of the Hong Kong people in particular the poor and needy with a special focus to assist and empower the youth in Hong Kong to develop a holistic character with a passion to serve and contribute to the community in the spirit of the teachings of Jesus Christ and the Holy Bible: “To serve, not to be served”. The Association is now looking for high caliber candidates to fill the following position:
Assistant Engineer
Ref: AERPDMD/06/26
Responsibilities:
- To design, specify & supervise works relating to maintenance improvement, alteration & addition works to existing buildings;
- To assist in the tender process or quotation comparison process for the works;
- To assist in administration work relating to renovation and maintenance project etc.
Requirements:
- Certificate / Diploma or above in Engineering / Building / Facility Management / Business Administration or other technical relate disciplines;
- Proficient in MS Office applications and AUTOCAD
- Preferably with 2 years’ working experience of renovation / maintenance projects (fresh graduate will also be considered)
- Working location: Yau Ma Tei
Monthly salary will be starting at $20,770 (MPS Pt. 6), commensurate with years of related experience.
