Cultivate partnerships with corporate sponsors, donors, and stakeholders to expand outreach and secure sustainable funding.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Oversee all aspects of service operations, including manpower planning, HR management, budgeting, and financial oversight. Provide secretarial support to the Committee and ensure compliance with governance standards.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Liaise with LCSD, funding bodies, donors, and supporters to mobilize resources and support service growth. Foster collaboration with government agencies, NGOs, and cross-sector partners.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Inspire and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, impactful programs. Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Represent the organization externally and build a strong, positive brand image through strategic communication and stakeholder engagement.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">(Remark: The internal title of this position is Executive Secretary (Camp, Recreation &#038; Sports))<\/span> <\/li><\/ul><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Requirements:<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">A recognized university degree, a master&#8217;s degree in Recreation Management, Sports Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline, is highly preferred.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Minimum of 10 years\u2019 experience in a sizable organization with at least 5 years in a senior management role.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Having relevant experience in a managerial position in camp services or recreation &#038; sports services is an advantage.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Demonstrated dedication to the mission of the Association and passion for camp services and recreation &#038; sports services.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Strong business acumen with a track record in fundraising, partnership development, and strategic planning.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Exceptional leadership qualities with an entrepreneurial spirit, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence and inspire.
