and<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Organise institutional events, official functions, and meetings, ensuring smooth coordination and execution.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><strong> <\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Bachelor\u2019s degree or above in any discipline;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Minimum 5 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in tertiary education, NGOs, or public sector organisations;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Proven supervisory experience with strong leadership and people management skills;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Solid knowledge of administrative operations, procurement processes, and facilities management;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Strong organisational, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder communication skills; familiarity with Hong Kong quality assurance and regulatory requirements is an advantage;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Proficient in MS Office applications;
