Internal Audit Manager<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Assist in the development of annual audit plans<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Assist in the evaluation of internal control policies<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Assist in the review of operations and recommend improvements for effectiveness and efficiency<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Supervise and coach subordinates on internal audit assignments and other daily tasks<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">In-charge of the execution of internal audit assignments and fieldwork<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Review audit workpapers and draft audit reports<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Conduct thorough follow-up of corrective action plans before due dates to ensure remediation is implemented on time<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Assist in the preparation for Audit Committee Meetings<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Execute and complete other administrative or ad hoc tasks<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Degree holder in accounting, finance, or related disciplines, with a recognised professional qualification such as CPA, CIA, or equivalent<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Minimum of 7+ years of internal audit experience in sizeable organisations, or CPA firm<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Strong understanding of internal controls, audit methodologies, and risk management principles, demonstrating proficiency in compliance and operational auditing<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Prior experience in NGO operations is preferred<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate change and cultivate agreement among auditee and stakeholders<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent audit activities<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Experience in auditing SAP S4 Hana, and experience with AI\u2011enabled audit tools and data analytics is an added
