Counselling Service
Counselling Unit was established in 1996 as one of the service units of Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong. We are dedicated to providing professional psychological and counselling services for promoting whole person development. Through the love of Christ, we base our work on a person-centred approach, which seeks to accompany individuals and families through difficult times in life in achieving personal and relational growth.

Special Education Support Service
Wong Chuen King Student Development Centre is one of the service units of Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong. To provide professional trainings and supporting services to children with special education needs, and also their parents and families, with the spirit of “To serve, not to be served”. In Hong Kong, there are still many students who are unable to accept the assessment service. Due to the limited service provision, students cannot receive services at the earliest possible age after assessment. In view of this, Wong Chuen King Student Development Centre is a non-profit making service unit, to help children with special education needs to have appropriate services while waiting the government subsidy services or having services in the private settings.

Life Education
Students have encountered numerous challenges related to mental health, personal growth, understanding multiculturalism, and appreciating life values in recent years. To address the current needs of the education sector, we are launching the "Heart-Whisper Companion" Life Education School Programme, which comprises student growth, parent training, and teacher development. Through a holistic learning approach, it provides life education to schools, enhancing understanding and respect for life among students, parents and teachers, and aligning with values education.
